We so excited to say that we have just received Taco vs Burrito today!  

We have plans to start shipping them out on Friday and will be sending you tracking information when they ship!   So this is the last chance to update your mailing address before we ship them out.   If you need to change your address feel free to email us at [email protected] or logon to backerkit and update it there.  https://taco-vs-burrito.backerkit.com/faq

Taco Vs Burrito will ship in just a couple week!

We are so super excited to announce that we will be shipping games out in just a couple weeks.  Our goal is to have everything shipped out by the end of August and we will be sending shipping notification shortly.  The shipment is coming from China this week and we hope to turn them around super fast!

We will send picture when they start to ship! Alex is super excited!

Howdy Food Fighters! Just a quick update to let you know that everything remains on track for our mid-to-late August ship date! The manufacturer should be sending us cartons upon cartons of delicious (non-edible, alas) Tacos and Burritos by the end of this week. When they get to us next week, we'll be carefully inspecting everything to make sure you get your game in perfect condition. Hey Food Fighters! We just learned that there’s going to be a slight delay in shipping Taco vs. Burrito out to you. Luckily, the shipping date is only moving from late July to August 2018, but it’s still a delay and we wanted you to know about it right away.

What happened? We got overly optimistic about turning things around promptly with the manufacturer and those little hiccups finally impacted the schedule. However, because we want to play the game as badly as you do, we are going to pay for air freight from China out of our own pockets to keep the ship date as close as possible.

We are bummed –and Alex is bummed – that we aren’t totally on track, but the good news is that the core game and all of the stretch goal upgrades look great - as does the Foodie Expansion Pack.

The whole Taco vs. Burrito crew remains overwhelmed by your support – and we will keep you posted on the status of the game.

Production Update and More!

Hello!  I'm Leslie, Alex's Mom!  Wanted to send an update to all of you amazing backers who made this a reality!

TvB Game Production

Production is in full swing and on track for shipping in July!  It's been an interesting process to learn about game production abroad and we've been so lucky to have the amazing game design community here in Seattle to field our newbie questions!  

The Foodie Expansion Pack

The Foodie Expansion Pack has been so fun to do and going through that process has gotten Alex excited about doing the next expansion pack and to possibly start working on his next game!  He's got a gazillion ideas.  Here is a preview of the Wild Card that will be in the Foodie Expansion Pack and it's a real game changer.

 Alex Update

Alex finishes his last week of 2nd Grade this week and then we are off to Tokyo for a week vacation!  We are super excited to get to show him such an amazing place and can only imagine the ideas he will come up with there.  We will send pictures soon!
